• Scraps: Scrap materials are sold “as is,” and no returns are accepted after the purchase is completed.
• Woven & Non-Woven Bags: Returns are allowed for defective products within 7 days of receipt.
• Perishable Goods (Oils, Fruits & Vegetables, Spices): Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns unless the items were damaged or compromised during shipping. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed based on the approved return and the original mode of payment within 7 days.

6. Product Warranty
